EPDM Waterproof Membrane adopts cold feed extrusion continuous vulcanization process equipment with international advanced level, EPDM produced by dupont in the United states and domestic high-quality raw paving materials are selected, and processing additives such as carbon black reinforcing agent, nano-modifier, plasticizer and vulcanization accelerator are added. After internal mixing, refining, filtration, extrusion molding, continuous vulcanization and inspection, the high-elasticity synthetic polymer waterproof membrane is processed. this product can be welded and is recognized as the king of waterproof in the world.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD

▪ EPDM waterproof membrane full adhesion method:

in the full bonding method, the epdm waterproof membrane is directly fully bonded to the base layer by using the base layer adhesive, and the lap of adjacent membranes shall not be less than 10cm. then, the joint lapis carried out with the special EPDM adhesive to make the membrane form a continuous and closed waterproof layer. after that, according to the specification requirements, flooding treatment are carried out in the periphery and perforated places.

Construction characteristics: applicable to any roof;

the material is light in weight; strong wind load resistance.

Full adhibiting method construction process:

Base leveling → calendaring → drying → coating base adhesive → membrane unfolding and positioning → cleaning lap area → coating lap adhesive → rolling lap part → detail treatment → completion.

▪ EPDM waterproof membrane mechanical fixing method:

It is a construction method for fixing EPDM waterproof membrane on the base with metal battens.

Construction characteristics:

Generally used for wood, concrete, metal and other basic roofs; construction is not affected by climate; the construction speed is fast.

Construction process of mechanical fixing method:

Membrane unfolding positioning → mechanical fixing → cleaning lap area → coating lap adhesive → rolling lap part → detail treatment → completion.

▪ Inverted method of EPDM waterproof membrane;

it is a construction method for placing the insulation layer on the waterproof layer. Border adhibiting method and inverted method can be applied to any underground and roof that can bear heavy objects. Generally, the roof

slope should not exceed 1: 6. Construction characteristics:

Applicable to underground waterproof, upper roof, driving roof and planting roof; Low construction cost; the construction speed is fast.

▪ Border adhibiting method of EPDM waterproof membrane;

on the large surface, the epdm waterproof membrane is emptied on the base layer and the lap between the two membranes is not less than 10cm. Then, the lap joint is bonded and overlapped with special adhesive, and then the periphery and perforated place are flooded according to the specification requirements.
