Acrylate grouting material is a high-elastic gel formed with acrylate monomer as the main agent, water as the diluent, and a certain initiator and accelerator. it has low viscosity and strong permeability. The gel exhibits excellent impermeability, viscoelasticity, and aging resistance.
PRODUCT FEATURES
▪ Acrylate has extremely low viscosity and good permeability, ensuring that the slurry can penetrate gaps as narrow as 0.1mm.
▪ The curing time is adjustable, with a fast curing time of only 30 seconds to 2 minutes and a slow curing time of over 10 minutes.
▪ The gel has high elasticity, with elongation reaching up to 200%, effectively addressing the issue of structural expansion.
▪ There is no need to maintain contact with water, and the expansion rate of the added expansion component in contact with water exceeds 100%, solving the problem of dry-wet cycles in the gel.
▪ It has excellent bonding performance with concrete surfaces, with bonding strength greater than the strength of the gel itself. Even if the gel is damaged, the bonding surface remains intact.
