South China University of Technology Guangzhou International Campus

The South China University of Technology Guangzhou International Campus project is located in Nan Village, Panyu District, Guangzhou City. The total planned land area is 1,105,922 square meters, with plans for two phases of construction. The first phase covers an area of 331,500 square meters. The construction scale is approximately 200,000 square meters of buildings (including student dormitories, standalone buildings in plots A and B, and facilities area buildings).
