PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KINTOP Polyurea Waterproof Slurry is a new type of grouting and leakage plugging material. It is a polymerized liquid made from isocyanate, amino compounds, and other additives through chemical synthesis. This material is a high-elasticity grouting material that can cure in water and exhibits strong adhesive properties in water.
When pressed into holes and crevices, it cures in water to form a dense rubber elastomer, effectively sealing the holes and crevices. It solidifies without foaming or shrinking and maintains long-term toughness, similar to rubber, providing a durable leakage-plugging effect.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD
Cross-Punching Diagonal Holes:
Punch diagonal holes along both sides of the crack, ensuring that the holes penetrate through the crack.
Install the Grouting Nails:
install the grouting nails and tighten them securely. Grouting:
pour the Kintop polyurea waterproof slurry into the grouting machine and begin grouting from the bottom to the top, ensuring the entire crack is filled.
MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Wear protective gloves, masks, and other personal protective equipment during construction to avoid skin contact with the material and inhalation of fumes . clean tools and equipment promptly after construction to
prevent the material from curing and clogging the pipeline. Avoid Diluents:
do not add banana water, rosin, or other diluents during construction. Curing Time:
Depending on environmental conditions, it is usually necessary to wait for a curing period of 48 to 72 hours to allow the material to cure naturally. During this period, avoid external environmental interference with the grouting area, such as extreme water temperatures or external pressure. Post-Curing Finishing:
After curing, trim the surface of the grouted area to ensure it is flat and smooth with the surrounding surface.
