Product Description

JS polymer cement waterproof coating is a two-component waterproof coating composed of organic liquid material and inorganic powder. It has the dual characteristics of high elasticity of organic material and good durability of inorganic material. After coating, high-strength and tough waterproof coating can be formed.

JS polymer cement waterproof coating can be constructed on wet or dry masonry, mortar, concrete, metal, wood, hard plastic, glass, gypsum board, foam board, asphalt, rubber, SBS modified bitumen waterproof membrane, APP modified bitumen waterproof membrane, polyurethane waterproof coating, etc. Industrial and civil old and new buildings (houses, walls, underground, tunnels, bridges, pools, reservoirs, toilets, kitchens) can be used.

* Base treatment

Base surface should be smooth, solid, no sharp objects, floating dust, water, oil. Uneven and cracks must be levelled first, and leakage must be blocked.

* Mixed

The weight ratio method of the coating is filled according to the proportion marked on the product package, and the amount of water added can be adjusted appropriately.

* Detail processing

The sealing material should be embedded in the groove, and the details such as the Yin and Yang corners and pipes should be painted multiple times (2-4 times), and a layer of matrix reinforcement material should be added to the underground engineering.

* Integral waterproofing

Large area construction waterproof coating should be painted multiple times, generally 4 layers of coating, special projects can be brushed by 5 layers. Each layer of coating time is generally 8 hours apart, to be extended in winter, the first coating film should be thinly coated, to 0.2-0.3mm is appropriate, after each coating thickness to 0.4-0.5mm is good.
