PRODUCT USE

▪ Body sealing: It is used for sealing gaps in doors, windows, trunks and

other parts to improve the sound insulation and waterproof effects in the car.

▪ Automotive Glass Installation: Used as a sealing, bonding material when installing windshields, side window glass, etc., to ensure that the glass is installed firmly and well-sealed.

▪ Sealing of engine compartment components: such as around the engine block, at some pipeline interfaces, etc., to prevent the leakage of liquids such as engine oil and the entry of external impurities.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD

▪ Use cotton yarn to remove dust, oil and water on the surface of the glued part. If the surface is easy to peel off and corroded, it should be removed with a metal brush in advance, and if necessary, the surface can be wiped with organic solvents such as alcohol and acetone.

▪ According to the shape of the construction site, cut the tip of the Sealant into a certain shape of size, and apply the glue to the construction site with a manual or pneumatic glue gun.

▪ Carry out surface scraping and decoration within the surface drying time. Protective tape should be applied to both sides of the gluing area and removed after scraping. If the non-construction parts are accidentally stained, they can be wiped clean with a cotton cloth dipped in alcohol.
