TPO Waterproof Membrane is made of tpo resin which combines the weather-ability and heat resistance of ethylene propylene (ep) rubber and the weld-ability of polypropylene. It develops rapidly because it not only has the weather-ability of epdm but also the weld-ability of plastic Waterproof membrane, reliable waterproof effect and outstanding aging resistance. the membrane has become the fastest growing waterproof material in the world because of its excellent physical and chemical properties and environmental protection performance.

PRODUCT FEATURES

▪ The advanced polymerization technology is used to combine ethylene-propylene rubber and polypropylene. The product combines the excellent weather- ability of ethylene-propylene rubber and the weld-ability of polypropylene.

▪ It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, which still keeps flexibility at -50 ℃ and mechanical strength at higher temperature like rubber materials.

▪ It’s resistance to chemical, acid, alkali, salt, animal oil, vegetable oil, lubricating oil corrosion, resistance to algae, mold and other microbial growth.

▪ It has excellent root puncture resistance function, and can be used as root puncture resistance membrane for planting roof.

▪ It is resistant to thermal aging and has good dimensional stability.

▪ The components do not contain plasticizers and chlorinated polymers, and there is no harmful gas generating and releasing during welding and use, which is harmless to the environment and human health.

▪ The lap joints are constructed by thermal welding, which can form a reliable sealing waterproof layer with high strength.
