PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PVDF self adhesive bitumen waterproof membraneis a crimpable sheet waterproof material made of petroleum bitumen as base material, styrene- butadiene-styrene (SBS), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and tackifying resin as modifiers. the upper surface is coated with weatherproof film, and the lower surface is coated with a strippable silicon-coated isolation film.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Waterproofing: It is suitable for all kinds of roofing buildings, especially for waterproof Projects and metal roofing projects that are not allowed to use open flames.

PREPARATION

▪ Clean the base surface

Find the cracks and water leaks and clean them. Ensure that the construction surface is clean and dry before construction.

▪ Tear the back film.

Remove the protective film on the back of the waterproof membrane and attach it to the base surface.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD

▪ Fixed position

After tearing the back film, stick the end of the membrane and fix it in the leaking position to avoid moving.

▪ While laying and pasting

After the membrane is fixed, you can roll the membrane while laying.

▪ Pay attention to the lap edge

the place where the membrane is spliced should be treated with a lap edge of about 10 cm to prevent water crossing.

▪ Press and compact

After the construction is completed, it is necessary to compact and discharge air to avoid bubble inside, affecting the waterproof effect.
