STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place and avoid direct sunlight. Avoid contact with strong oxidants and acidic substances.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION

The construction environment should be ventilated to avoid high humidity and high temperature.

Strictly control the coating ratio and mixing time according to the instructions of different Products.

During the construction process, personal protective equipment (such as gloves, masks, etc.) should be worn.

After construction, avoid placing heavy objects directly on the coating, so as not to affect the curing effect.

Please read the product manual carefully before construction to ensure that you understand all technical parameters and requirements.

CONSTRUCTION STEPS

▪ Base surface processing: Clean the ground, remove dust, oil, debris.

for the concrete base surface, it needs to be ground and sanded to ensure the smoothness.

▪ Prime coating: Select epoxy primer according to the need, evenly brush one layer, to dry before proceeding to the nextstep.

▪ Middle coating construction:Use epoxy paint to brush, increase thickness and strength. Quartz sand can be added as needed to improve wear resistance.

▪ Finish paint brushing: Finally, apply epoxy topcoat to ensure uniform coverage and achieve the desired gloss and aesthetic effect.

▪ Maintenance: After the painting is completed, it needs to be properly maintained, usually 24 hours after the slight walk, and it takes 7 days to fully cure.
